PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cisco Catalyst 1300 48-Port Gigabit PoE+ Managed Switch (C1300-48P-4G) — Limited Lifetime Warranty
Managed access switching for branch and SMB networks
The Cisco C1300-48P-4G is a 1U rack-mount Gigabit PoE+ access switch in the Cisco Catalyst 1300 Series, which Cisco designs for enterprise branch offices and small and medium business networks. It provides 48 x 10/100/1000 PoE+ downlink ports and 4 x Gigabit SFP uplink ports.
370 W PoE+ budget
Every copper port supports IEEE 802.3af PoE and 802.3at PoE+ at up to 30 W, sharing a 370 W power budget for access points, IP phones and cameras. Persistent PoE keeps power flowing to connected devices while the switch reboots.
Layer 3 routing
Wire-speed IPv4 routing, static routes, RIPv2 dynamic routing and policy-based routing let the switch route between VLANs without a separate router, with up to 990 IPv4 routes and 128 IP interfaces.
Simple management
The switch can be managed through Cisco Business Dashboard (with an embedded probe, so no separate on-site server is needed), the Cisco Business mobile app, a web user interface over HTTP/HTTPS, a scriptable CLI and SNMP v1/v2c/v3. A USB Type-C port on the front panel simplifies file and image management.
Security for the access edge
IEEE 802.1X authentication with RADIUS, ACLs (up to 1,024 rules), DHCP snooping, IP Source Guard, Dynamic ARP Inspection, IPv6 First Hop Security, port security and storm control help protect the network edge.
