The VP2021KIT pairs the VP2021 4K wireless presentation switch with two VP201 USB-C wireless dongles. Presenters plug in a dongle and share their laptop screen to the room display – no software or drivers to install. The VP2021 pairs with up to 8 VP201 dongles.
Quad View Collaboration
Show one presenter full screen, two side by side, or four at once in quad view. Up to 20 attendees can also join over the LAN, and Moderation Mode lets the host control who shares and what is displayed.
Bring Your Own Meeting
Connect the VP2021 to a laptop by USB to use the room's camera, speakerphone and display in Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom calls (BYOM). USB touchback lets an in-room touchscreen control the presenting PC, and annotation, whiteboard and screen capture tools are built in.
4K HDMI and VGA Outputs, PoE Powered
Outputs HDMI at up to 4K@30Hz and VGA at up to 1080p simultaneously, with audio on HDMI and a mini stereo jack. Dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi reaches up to 20 m line of sight, and the RJ-45 port supports PoE.
