Bring VGA Sources to HDMI Displays
The VC182 takes the VGA video from an older PC, laptop or media player, adds its analogue or digital audio, and outputs a single HDMI signal for today's TVs, projectors and monitors.
Built-In Scaler
A built-in scaling engine converts the incoming VGA signal to the resolution the display wants, up to 1080p and 1920 x 1200, with support for 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios and multiple selectable output resolutions.
Analogue or Digital Audio In
Audio can come from a 3.5 mm stereo jack or a digital coaxial RCA input and is embedded into the HDMI output, so one cable carries picture and sound to the display.
Simple Front-Panel Control
Menu and up/down pushbuttons set the output, while power and signal LEDs show status at a glance. The metal housing is built for meeting rooms and classrooms.

Does it need power?

Can it convert HDMI to VGA?
No. The VC182 is VGA to HDMI only. For HDMI to VGA, choose the VC812.
