Manage 16 Servers Locally or Over IP
The CS1716i combines a 16-port VGA KVM switch with KVM over IP. Operate servers from the local console in the rack, or from a browser or ATEN client anywhere on the network, with shared access between the local and remote user.
BIOS-Level Remote Control
Because it works at the keyboard, video and mouse level, remote users get BIOS-level access, even when a server's OS or network stack is down. Panel Array mode lets you monitor up to 16 servers at once.
Secure, Multi-User Access
Browser logins use TLS 1.2 and RSA 2048-bit certificates, with DES, 3DES, AES, RC4 or random encryption for keyboard/mouse and video. RADIUS, LDAP, LDAPS and Active Directory authentication, IP/MAC filtering and up to 32 concurrent logins are supported.
Fits Mixed and Growing Racks
PS/2 and USB computers are auto-detected, Windows, Mac, Linux and Sun clients are supported, a front USB port shares peripherals, and daisy-chaining extends control to 256 computers.
