Tool-less Field Termination
The 2A-245G is a metal-shielded Cat 6A RJ-45 plug that terminates without a crimping tool. A colour-coded cable holder guides each pair, and the connector can be re-installed if a termination needs redoing.
Ready for 10G and Beyond
Supports transfer rates over 10G, accepts Cat 6A to Cat 8 cable with 22–26 AWG conductors, and is suitable for PoE and HDBaseT PoH applications. FCC Part 68 compliant.
Robust Shielded Build
One-piece die-cast zinc alloy shield with nickel plating, 0.35 mm phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated over nickel, more than 750 mating cycles and an operating range of -40 to 60 °C.
Strain Relief and Dust Cover
A screw-on strain relief boot protects the cable entry, and an IP20 dust cover keeps the plug clean before use. Supplied in a pack of 10.
