The ASUSTOR FLASHSTOR 6 (FS6706T) is a compact all-flash NAS with 6 M.2 2280 NVMe SSD slots, powered by a quad-core Intel Celeron N5105. Its small, quiet chassis with dual 2.5GbE, HDMI 2.0b and S/PDIF output suits home studios, content creators and small offices that want fast, silent SSD storage.

6 M.2 NVMe SSD slots

All storage is M.2 2280 NVMe (PCIe 3.0 x1) in a compact 48.3 x 308.26 x 193 mm chassis, with a quiet fan and air-duct design to keep the SSDs cool (ASUSTOR quotes 18.7 dB).

Intel Celeron N5105 platform

A 10 nm quad-core Celeron N5105 (up to 2.9 GHz) with 4 GB DDR4, upgradable to 16 GB, supports hardware decoding of 10-bit 4K H.265 media. ASUSTOR lab figures for SMB Multichannel (RAID 5, 2.5GbE x2): 590 MB/s read and 583 MB/s write; results may vary.

HDMI 2.0b and S/PDIF output

HDMI 2.0b and optical S/PDIF output allow the NAS to be used for media playback and Roon Server / Hi-Res audio setups.
