Yealink T85W — Ultra Prime Business Phone for Busy Professionals
The Yealink SIP-T85W is the entry point to Yealink's new T8 series: a slim, modern desk phone with an adjustable 5.5-inch 960 x 480 colour screen, 16 SIP accounts and 12 LED line keys that expand to 60 DSS keys across 5 pages. Dark and light themes keep the interface easy to read on any desk in a Singapore office.
HD Voice with Acoustic Shield and Smart Noise Filtering
Yealink HD voice on both the handset and the 3W speaker, a full-duplex speakerphone with echo cancellation, Acoustic Shield and Smart Noise Filtering keep conversations clear in busy open-plan spaces. The hearing aid compatible (HAC) handset and 10-way conferencing are built in.
Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and Dual Gigabit Built In
Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 remove the need for dongles, while dual-port Gigabit Ethernet with PoE, USB Type-A and Type-C ports, USB/EHS headset support and up to three colour-screen expansion modules let the T85W grow with the user.
Three Rings of Security
Secure Boot, a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) hardware encryption solution, TLS 1.3, SRTP, 802.1X and WPA2/WPA3 protect the device, the network and every call, and auto-provisioning over FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS simplifies large roll-outs.

The SIP-T85W is a standards-based SIP phone that registers up to 16 accounts on SIP-based IP-PBX platforms and SIP trunk services, including popular systems used by Singapore businesses such as 3CX, Yeastar and Asterisk-based PBXs. It supports USB and EHS wireless headsets, colour-screen expansion modules, and configuration through the web interface, the phone itself or auto-provisioning for fleet deployments.
