Four 400G QSFP56-DD Ports in a Compact 1U Chassis
The MikroTik CRS804 DDQ is a compact 400 Gigabit switch for AI and GPU clusters, all-flash storage fabrics and high-speed core or aggregation. It has four 400G QSFP56-DD ports plus two 1G/10G RJ-45 Ethernet ports, and is half-width, so two units fit side by side in a single 1U rack slot using the included RMK-2x10/19 kit.
Wire-Speed Switching on the Marvell 98DX7335
A Marvell 98DX7335 switch chip delivers wire-speed switching on all ports — 1.6 Tbps non-blocking Layer 2 throughput in MikroTik's RFC 2544 tests — managed by a quad-core 2 GHz ARM CPU (AL52400) with 4 GB DDR4 RAM, running RouterOS v7 with a Level 6 licence included.
Flexible Breakout for Today's and Tomorrow's Networks
Each QSFP-DD port is built from eight independent lanes and supports 40G, 50G, 100G, 200G and 400G, plus breakout modes down to 1G/2.5G/5G/10G/25G/50G — for example two 200G links per port for AI workloads. With the right breakout cables it can connect to virtually any SFP or QSFP device, so you can deploy it now and move to higher speeds later without replacing the switch.
Built for Reliability and Low Running Cost
Dual redundant hot-swap AC power supplies (both included) and two hot-swap cooling fans keep the switch running, while power draw is only 92 W without attachments and 123 W at full load with optics installed.

RouterOS v7
Ships with RouterOS v7 and a Level 6 licence — no separate licence purchase is needed. Configure it with WebFig in a browser, the WinBox tool, or the RJ-45 serial console; the full RouterOS feature set and MikroTik's Marvell switch-chip hardware offload are available.
Optics & Cables
MikroTik offers matching 400G accessories: DDQ+DA0001 (1 m) and DDQ+DA0003 (3 m) QSFP-DD DAC cables, and the DDQ+85MP01D 400G 100 m multimode MPO transceiver. Check MikroTik's wired interface compatibility table for other supported modules. Optics and cables are sold separately.
