Logitech Zone 300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset Off-White
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Logitech Zone 300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset Off-White (981-001418) - 2 Years Local Warranty
Wireless Bluetooth Headset for Hybrid Work and Everyday Calls
The Logitech Zone 300 in Off-white (981-001418) is Logitech's accessible wireless business headset: Bluetooth 5.3, dual beamforming microphones on a flip-to-mute boom, and up to 20 hours of listening on a charge, in a 122 g on-ear body. The Off-white colourway is made with a minimum of 42% recycled plastic. For Singapore organisations equipping hybrid staff at scale, it covers the daily reality of laptop calls, phone calls and focus music without a dongle to lose or a dock to buy.
Dual Beamforming Microphones with Flip-to-Mute
Two MEMS microphones on the extended boom run Logitech's noise-cancelling algorithm across a 100 Hz – 7 kHz voice band, so callers hear you rather than the café or the open-plan floor behind you. Flipping the boom up mutes the call and flipping it down unmutes it — a physical control that never leaves anyone guessing whether they are live.
Up to 20 Hours of Battery with a 5-Minute Quick Charge
A full charge takes roughly 2 hours over USB-C and delivers up to 16 hours of talk time or 20 hours of listening. When the battery does run low, 5 minutes on the cable returns up to an hour of talk time. Bluetooth 5.3 gives up to 30 m of range in open line of sight.
Multipoint Bluetooth Across Laptop and Phone
Zone 300 connects to two devices at once, so a call arriving on your mobile does not mean unpairing from the laptop, and Logitech states pairings for up to 6 devices are remembered. Audio uses SBC and AAC codecs across a 50 Hz – 20 kHz range. Note that Zone 300 is a passive design — Logitech lists active noise cancellation as not available on this model.

| Meeting Platforms | Zone 300 works as a Bluetooth audio device with common calling applications across almost all platforms and operating systems. Logitech does not publish Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet certification for Zone 300 / 301, and Logitech support states that in-headset call controls and mute synchronisation with meeting platforms are available only on certified headsets. SourceIT therefore does not claim certification for this model. |
| Logi Tune | Supported — the free Logi Tune app is used for headset settings, equaliser adjustment and firmware updates. |
| Logitech Sync | Not published by Logitech for Zone 300. SourceIT does not claim it. |
| Logi Options+ | Not published by Logitech for Zone 300. SourceIT does not claim it. |
If your deployment needs certified call controls and mute sync with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, choose a certified business model such as the Zone Wired 2 for Business (981-001629), the Zone 305 for Microsoft Teams (981-001447) or the Zone Wireless 2 UC (981-001312).

Logitech numbers Zone 300 differently by region — Americas and European datasheets quote 981-001406, 981-001407, 981-001411, 981-001412, 981-001416 and 981-001417. The units supplied in this market carry 981-001408, 981-001413 and 981-001418.
Note also that Logitech sells a closely related but separate model, the Zone 301, in Graphite. It has its own part numbers and is not a colour option of Zone 300 — some retailers label the Midnight Black Zone 300 as “Graphite”, which is where the confusion starts. Logitech’s own product page for 981-001408 states Midnight Black.
Stepping up: Zone 305 for Microsoft Teams (981-001447) and Zone 305 UC (981-001454) add a certified business build; Zone Wireless 2 UC (981-001312) adds active noise cancellation.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logitech Zone 300
What is the difference between the Midnight Black, Rose and Off-white versions?
Colour only — the audio hardware, battery, Bluetooth radio and microphone specification are identical across 981-001408 Midnight Black, 981-001413 Rose and 981-001418 Off-white. Logitech publishes a minimum 42% recycled plastic content for the Rose and Off-white colourways.
Does the Zone 300 have active noise cancellation?
No. This is the single most common misunderstanding about this model. Logitech’s specification lists ANC as No. The “noise-cancelling” description refers to the dual beamforming microphones, which stop callers hearing your surroundings — it does not quieten the room for you. If you want ANC, look at the Zone Wireless 2 UC (981-001312) or the wired Zone Wired 2 for Business (981-001629).
Is the Zone 300 certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet?
No. Logitech does not publish platform certification for Zone 300 or Zone 301. It works with those applications as a standard Bluetooth audio device, but Logitech support is explicit that call controls and mute synchronisation with the meeting platform are features of its certified business headsets. If certification is a requirement in your tender, choose the Zone 305 for Microsoft Teams or the Zone Wired 2 for Business instead.
Does it come with a USB dongle?
No. Zone 300 is Bluetooth 5.3 only and there is no USB receiver in the box — the box contains the headset, a 1 m USB-C charging cable and documentation. Your laptop or desktop needs its own Bluetooth radio. If you need a dongle-based connection for a machine without Bluetooth, look at the Zone 305 range, which includes receiver and no-receiver variants.
How many devices can it connect to at once?
Two, via Bluetooth multipoint — typically a laptop and a phone at the same time, so a mobile call can be taken without dropping the laptop connection. Logitech states the headset can remember pairings for up to 6 devices.
How long does the battery last, and how fast does it charge?
Up to 16 hours of talk time or 20 hours of listening on a full charge, with a full charge taking about 2 hours over USB-C. A 5-minute top-up gives up to 1 hour of talk time, which covers the meeting you are already late for.
Is it comfortable for all-day wear?
Zone 300 is an on-ear design weighing 122 g, with a padded adjustable headband. On-ear headsets sit lighter and run cooler than over-ear models, which many people prefer in Singapore’s climate, though over-ear designs such as the Zone Wired 2 block more ambient noise passively.
Does SourceIT provide local warranty on the Logitech Zone 300?
Yes. Every Logitech Zone 300 sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
