Slim-Bezel FHD Panel for Tiled Video Walls
The LG 49VL5PJ is the 49-inch panel in LG's VL5PJ video wall series. It pairs a 1,920 x 1,080 IPS panel with 500 nit brightness and a low 3% haze surface, and LG rates it for 24/7 operation with a 60,000-hour typical (50,000-hour minimum) lifetime.
Narrow Bezel Layout
LG lists bezel widths of 2.25 mm (top and left) and 1.25 mm (bottom and right), and Tile Mode supports arrays of up to 15 x 15 panels in portrait or landscape. Each panel has a DP output for passing HDMI, DVI or DP signals to the next display.
webOS 4.1 with Built-In Content Tools
webOS 4.1 with 8 GB internal memory provides local content scheduling, Group Manager, USB Plug & Play, Play via URL, gapless playback, Video Tag, RS-232C and local network sync, and fail over. Temperature, backlight and gyro sensors are built in.
Tested for Dust, Managed Remotely
LG lists the 49VL5PJ as IP5X tested. It works with LG SuperSign CMS, SuperSign Control / Control+, SuperSign WB, SuperSign Media Editor and LG ConnectedCare, and supports Crestron Connected, SNMP and Wake on LAN.
