Frequently Asked Questions — Pura 80 Ultra
Does the Pura 80 Ultra come with Google apps?
The Pura 80 Ultra runs EMUI 15.0 and uses HUAWEI AppGallery as its app store. Google Mobile Services are not listed in Huawei's specifications, so check that the apps you rely on are available through AppGallery before you buy.
Does the Pura 80 Ultra support 5G and eSIM?
Huawei's Singapore specifications for model LMU-LX9 list 4G LTE, 3G and 2G bands only, so this model is a 4G phone. It is dual SIM, taking one Nano SIM plus either a second Nano SIM or an eSIM; eSIM availability depends on your carrier.
Is the Prestige Gold finish real gold?
No. Huawei states that the gold ring, XMAGE badge and Prestige Gold glazed glass are not genuine gold. Both Prestige Gold and Golden Black are the same 16 GB / 512 GB configuration.
