SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. Opened/Other Items We are unable to accept the return of the following items: Open box & Used item and software. Special order items. Defective Item If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact us to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). Set your pan, tilt, and roll. With its patented ball mount, you can set the perfect pan, tilt, and roll to perfectly compose the view.

Set your camera elevation. You ceiling height may differ from room to room. Even so, you can set the elevation of your camera for great whiteboard alignment while maintain ADA compliance. During installation, you can select a camera position from 19 inches to 29 inches from the ceiling.

Quick Installation. Includes everything you'll need to safely and quickly install to common drop ceiling tiles.
