The camera. Ergotron says the mount works with thermal imaging cameras "like some MOBOTIX models", and publishes no compatible-camera list. Its thermal imaging cart brochure also discusses Hikvision cameras. Send us the exact camera model you intend to mount and we will confirm the interface with Ergotron before you commit.
The load rating. Ergotron's installation guide for this mount is a diagram-based document, and the weight capacity could not be read from it reliably — two separate readings returned figures differing by roughly a factor of two.
