The D-Link DEM-S2810LR is a 25GBASE-LR SFP28 transceiver carrying 25 Gb/s over a single lane. It uses a 1310 nm laser over 9/125 µm single-mode fibre with a duplex LC connector for links of up to 10 km between buildings or data halls.
Industry Compliant and Hot Pluggable
The module complies with IEEE 802.3cc and the SFP28 MSA, runs on 3.3 V, and is hot pluggable so links can be added without taking the switch down.
