Which upgrade kit do I need?
Standard kits upgrade a CCS-UC-1, CCS-UC-1-AV or CCS-UC-1-AV-PLUS tabletop device and camera to a full video conference system; Advanced kits do the same for a CCS-UC-1-X KIT; Standard to Advanced kits upgrade a standard UC-B/MM/C series room to an advanced BYOD room with a UC-PR presentation transmitter.
What is the difference between the T and Z models?
T models run Microsoft Teams Rooms and Z models run Zoom Rooms software on the UC Engine.
What do the Pro kits add?
The Pro kits use the UC Engine Pro (Dell mini PC with 12th Gen Intel Core i7) with Zoom Rooms, supporting up to three displays and up to three Zoom Rooms-certified USB cameras.
How is the bracket mounted?
The UC Bracket Assembly mounts on the wall behind the display or attaches to the rear of the display using the VESA mount bolts, with side holes spaced 100, 200 and 300 mm.
Is XiO Cloud included?
XiO Cloud is a room-based subscription service available separately. It provides provisioning, network management, system alerts and control-device pairing.
