Frequently Asked Questions — UC-B30
What is the difference between the UC-B30 versions?
-T versions run Microsoft Teams Rooms and -Z versions run Zoom Rooms software. Versions ending -WM include a TSW-1070 wall mount touch screen instead of the TS-1070 tabletop touch screen.
How many displays are supported?
The Teams Rooms versions support single or dual displays; the Zoom Rooms versions support up to three. Displays are not included and must support "Wake on Sync" and "Sleep on No Sync".
What camera does the system use?
The UC-SB1-CAM-FLEX smart soundbar has a built-in 12 MP camera with a 150° diagonal field of view, 1080p30 video and Genius Framing automatic digital zoom.
What is the microphone pickup range?
Crestron specifies a 15 ft (4.6 m) pickup range for the soundbar beamforming microphone array; range may vary in rooms with reflective surfaces or high ambient noise.
Can the touch screen control the room as well?
Yes, optionally. The system can integrate with a Crestron control system to control lighting, shades, climate and AV, which requires additional equipment and commissioning by a Crestron authorised integrator.
