A 2-way in-ceiling speaker with a 6.5 in. woofer, a horn-loaded 1 in. titanium dome tweeter and a built-in 60 W 70/100V multi-tap transformer. Built for background or foreground music, paging and sound reinforcement in restaurants, retail, houses of worship, convention facilities, universities and offices.

Can the Saros IC6T be bought as a single speaker?
It is priced individually, but Crestron states it must be ordered in pairs, so order quantities in multiples of 2.
Does it work on 70V or 100V systems?
Yes. A built-in 60 W multi-tap transformer supports 70V and 100V distributed systems, with an 8 Ohm bypass setting also available.
Can it be installed in a plenum space?
Yes. Its integral metal back can meets the UL 2043 requirements for installation in environmental air-handling (plenum) spaces.
What cutout and mounting depth does it need?
Crestron recommends a 246 mm (9.68 in) diameter cutout and at least 206 mm (8.1 in) mounting depth; the toggle clamps take surfaces up to 61 mm (2.4 in) thick.
How is the transformer tap set?
With a screwdriver-adjustable rotary switch on the front baffle, behind the magnetic grille.
