A 4K60 4:4:4 HDR presentation switcher for dual-display conference rooms and classrooms, with four HDMI inputs, two HDMI outputs mirrored with HDBaseT-certified DM Essentials outputs, a scaler per output and flexible audio mixing.

Connection to DMPS Essentials switchers (HD-RX-4K-210-C-E, HD-RX-4K-410-C-E, HD-RX-4K-510-C-E) is not supported. For DM Essentials links use DM-CBL-8G, DM-CBL-ULTRA or third-party CAT5e or higher cable; shielded cable is recommended above 1080p. 4K60 4:4:4 and HDR performance require HDMI cables and couplers rated for at least 18 Gbps TMDS bandwidth; 10.2 Gbps cables may be used if 4K60 4:2:0 or 4K30 4:4:4 is acceptable. DVI or Dual-Mode DisplayPort sources need an adapter or CBL-HDI-DVI interface cable (sold separately). 3D formats are not supported.

Frequently Asked Questions — HD-PS402
How many displays can the HD-PS402 drive?
Two independent outputs, each available as an HDMI output mirrored with a DM Essentials output, so each output can feed a local and a remote display with the same image.
What is Follow Output mode?
When enabled from the front-panel FOLLOW button, the selected HDMI input is routed to outputs 1 and 2 simultaneously.
Does it power DM Essentials receivers?
Yes. The AC mains connection powers the HD-PS402 and connected DM Essentials receivers, which must not be connected to local power. It does not power HDBaseT devices.
Which receivers support display control?
HD-RX-4KZ-101 or HD-RX-4KZ-101-1G receivers support CEC display control; HD-RXC-4KZ-101 or HD-RXC-4KZ-101-1G receivers support CEC, IR or RS-232.
Can it be managed in the cloud?
Yes. It supports the XiO Cloud service as well as a built-in web interface, API and Crestron 3-Series or later control systems.
