Crestron DM Essentials 4x1 4K60 4:4:4 HDR Presentation System - Local Warranty
A 4K60 4:4:4 HDR presentation switcher for conference rooms and classrooms, with four HDMI inputs, one mirrored HDMI and HDBaseT-certified DM Essentials output, a built-in scaler and audio mixing that work out of the box.

Connection to DMPS Essentials switchers (HD-RX-4K-210-C-E, HD-RX-4K-410-C-E, HD-RX-4K-510-C-E) is not supported. For DM Essentials links use DM-CBL-8G, DM-CBL-ULTRA or third-party CAT5e or higher cable; shielded cable is recommended above 1080p. 4K60 4:4:4 and HDR performance require HDMI cables and couplers rated for at least 18 Gbps TMDS bandwidth; 10.2 Gbps cables may be used if 4K60 4:2:0 or 4K30 4:4:4 is acceptable. DVI or Dual-Mode DisplayPort sources need an adapter or CBL-HDI-DVI interface cable (sold separately). 3D formats are not supported.

Frequently Asked Questions — HD-PS401
Does the HD-PS401 work without a control system?
Yes. Automatic input switching, automatic display control and direct occupancy sensor integration allow many rooms to be set up without custom programming.
Can it power the remote receiver?
Yes. The AC mains connection powers both the HD-PS401 and connected DM Essentials receivers, which must not be connected to local power. It does not power HDBaseT devices.
What audio mixing does it offer?
Three independent 5-channel mixers combine HDMI LPCM stereo with two mic/line and two line inputs, with +48 V phantom power on the mic inputs.
Can it be rack mounted?
It is surface-mountable and can be ganged with other half- or quarter-rack units such as the AMP-X300; ganged units mount in a rack with the RMK-AMP-X kit (sold separately).
What is the DM Essentials transmission distance?
Up to 40 m (130 ft) at 4K60 4:4:4 and 70 m (230 ft) at 1080p60 with DM-CBL-ULTRA cable.
