Frequently Asked Questions — CEN-IO-RY
What is the difference between CEN-IO-RY-104 and CEN-IO-RY-204?
The CEN-IO-RY-104 connects over wired Ethernet and is powered by PoE. The CEN-IO-RY-204 connects to the network over Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n) and is powered by its included 5 VDC power pack.
How many ports does it provide?
Both models provide four relay ports on a single 8-pin 3.5 mm detachable terminal block. Each relay is normally open and isolated, rated 1 A at 30 VAC/VDC.
How is it set up?
Installer setup is done via Crestron Toolbox software or a web browser. A different IP address can be set using Crestron Toolbox.
How can it be mounted?
It uses the compact, stackable IFE micro enclosure. The included bracket allows surface or 35 mm DIN rail mounting; rack mount and pole mount kits are available separately.
What is the Wi-Fi range of the wireless model?
Crestron specifies up to 15 m (50 ft) omnidirectional range, subject to site conditions. The CEN-IO-RY-204 can memorise up to five wireless access points.
