Crestron X-Series 50 W Media Presentation Amplifier - Local Warranty
A compact, surface-mountable Class D amplifier for meeting rooms, classrooms and presentation spaces. It drives a pair of 4 or 8 ohm speakers or a 70V/100V distributed line, and installs almost anywhere without an equipment rack.

Frequently Asked Questions — AMP-X50MP
Can the AMP-X50MP drive 70V or 100V ceiling speakers?
Yes. A slide switch selects LoZ (4–8 ohm) or Hi-Z (70V/100V) operation. In Hi-Z mode it delivers 50 W to a distributed speaker line.
Does it need an equipment rack?
No. It ships with surface-mount brackets and adhesive feet, so it can be mounted under a table or on a wall. It is also 1/4-width 1 RU rack mountable with the optional kit.
Does it switch off when not in use?
Yes. It enters standby when no input signal is detected for more than 25 minutes and powers back on as soon as a signal is detected. A contact closure on the REMOTE input can also place it in standby.
What inputs does it accept?
A balanced terminal-block input, two RCA unbalanced inputs and a 3.5 mm stereo input, with auto summing. There is also a fixed 3.5 mm ALS output for assistive listening systems.
Is a power supply included?
Yes. A 60 W 24 VDC desktop power supply with a locking barrel connector is included.
