Crestron X-Series 1000 W 4-Channel Amplifier - Local Warranty
A compact 1 RU, 4-channel Class D amplifier with up to 1000 W of total output, where each channel can drive 4/8 ohm speakers or a 70 V/100 V distributed system, for residential and commercial installations.

Frequently Asked Questions — AMP-X1000
How much power does the AMP-X1000 deliver?
Each channel delivers up to 250 W into 4 or 8 ohms, or 500 W into 8 ohms or 70/100 V, with total simultaneous output across all channels not exceeding 1000 W.
Can each channel be set for Lo-Z or Hi-Z?
Yes. A rotary control per channel selects 4-8 ohm 250 W, 8 ohm 500 W, 70 V or 100 V operation.
What is the BUS input and output for?
A stereo BUS line input and buffered output allow one audio signal to be distributed to multiple amplifiers from a single source.
Does it have an energy-saving mode?
Yes. In Power Saver mode it enters a low-power standby after 25 minutes without signal and wakes in about 0.5 seconds when a signal is detected; the REMOTE input can also force standby via a contact closure.
Does it need a fan or extra rack space?
No. It is convection cooled and high-density stackable with other Crestron amplifiers without extra ventilation space; rack mount parts are included.
