The AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D combines 6 Zen 4 cores and 12 threads with AMD 3D V-Cache technology, giving the processor 96 MB of L3 cache. Games and other latency-sensitive workloads keep more of their data on-chip, which is why AMD builds its X3D parts for gaming.
AM5 Platform
It installs in AM5 motherboards (A620, X670E, X670, B650E, B650, X870E, X870, B840, B850) and supports 2-channel DDR5 UDIMM memory up to 128 GB, with PCIe 5.0 connectivity (24 usable lanes from the CPU). Base clock is 4 GHz, boost reaches up to 4.5 GHz, and default TDP is 65 W.
Integrated Graphics
Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics (2 graphics cores at 2200 MHz) provides display output without a discrete card.
