If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Mobile business professionals no longer have to choose between portability and performance, thanks to the 13.5" Elite Dragonfly G4 Notebook. The Elite Dragonfly G4 weighs just 2.2 pounds and uses a 177° hinge, making it easy to travel with and operate. While it may be lightweight, the Dragonfly also houses a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U 10-Core processor and 32GB of 6400 MHz LPDDR5 RAM, allowing you to run your business apps quickly and efficiently. Please note that the memory is soldered down and cannot be upgraded.

The 13.5" BrightView OLED display features a 3000 x 2000 native resolution, a 3:2 aspect ratio, 400 nits brightness, a 100,000:1 typical contrast ratio, viewing angles of 170°, and coverage for 100% of the sRGB color gamut. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics delivers a sharp, clear picture, and you'll be able to output video to an external display using the Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 outputs. The display also features an integrated HP Sure View panel, which produces a copper reflective finish when the screen is viewed from the side, making it appear unreadable.

For storage of your files, there's a 1TB PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 SSD. If you want to add external storage drives or other peripherals, the Elite Dragonfly G4 features two 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 4 ports that support DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery. There is also one 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port which doubles as a charging port. Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) is built-in for wireless networking and Bluetooth 5.2 technology will allow you to connect additional compatible peripherals. Other integrated features include a 5MP IR webcam with an integrated privacy shutter, plus face-detection security and system unlocking via Windows Hello. Also featured are dual mics, 1W stereo speakers with Bang & Olufsen HD audio, and a touch fingerprint sensor for fingerprint authentication.

The Elite Dragonfly G4 includes a 65W USB-C power adapter and may also be operated using its Long Life 6-cell / 68Wh lithium-ion polymer battery that supports fast charging of up to 50% in 30 minutes and lasts for up to 20.75 hours before recharging is required.
