Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. This product is part of the Smart-UPS range, an intelligent and efficient network power protection offer from entry-level to scalable runtime. This 3000VA/2100W line-interactive UPS provides pure sinewave power to support critical electronics during power disruptions. The tower mount SMC operates in green mode for high operating efficiency. It comes with IEC 320 C20 input, 8x IEC 320 C13 and 1x IEC 320 C19 outlets. This UPS has built-in lead-acid battery and is covered by a 2-year UPS warranty. Its dimensions are 544mm (depth) x 435mm (height) x 197mm (width) and weighs 43.0kg. Ideal for entry-level servers, networks, business VoIP, retail point-of-sale, edge networks and business desktops.
