Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. What is the difference between UC models and MS models?

The MS models are certified for Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync) support Microsoft Skype for Business in plug-and-play mode. These models support features for answering and ending calls, adjusting the volume and muting. If you are not using Microsoft Skype for Business, use the standard UC model.

Does it work with Mac and PC?
